CWTE: Supporting entry to practice nursing students

Preceptors play a crucial part in the development of our future nurses. It is both a challenging and rewarding role. In this episode we are joined by Danica Van Den Dungen a Clinical Nurse Educator at the RCH. Danica will share her experience as coordinator of the Nursing Entry to Practice Program and offer her insights into the key attributes of a successful preceptor as well as some tips on dealing with tricky situations.
